The Three Key Elements of Sleep Wellness - In order to get the deep, therapeutic sleep you need, doctors recommend that you find a bed that has all three key elements of sleep wellness. The problem is, most doctors don’t recommend any particular bed because each bed is always trading one therapy for another. For example, to attain spinal alignment, one must give up back support and pressure relief. To attain pressure relief, one must give up spinal alignment.
